1. Subscription Agreement & Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a subscription, you are agreeing to these terms and enrolling in an automatic renewal service. You authorize TruePupLabs to automatically charge your payment method for each recurring shipment based on the price and frequency you select. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically unless you cancel it in accordance with this policy.
2. Easy Cancellation Policy
We are required by law to provide a simple and easy-to-use cancellation process. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the following deadline.
Cancellation Deadline: To avoid charges for the next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 5 calendar days before your next scheduled billing date.
How to Cancel (Two Easy Methods):
Customer Portal: The most immediate way to cancel is through your personal customer portal. You can access your portal via the link sent in your original order confirmation and subsequent subscription emails.
Email: You may also cancel by sending an email to truepuplabs@gmail.com. Please include the words "Subscription Cancellation" in the subject line and provide your full name and the email address associated with your subscription. We will process valid email requests within 2 business days.
3. Cancellations Made After the Deadline
If you miss the 5-day cancellation deadline, your next scheduled order will be processed and shipped. However, you can still return that shipment for a refund under the following conditions:

The item must be returned to us unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
A refund will be issued for the product cost, minus the original shipping fees. A modest restocking fee may apply to cover processing costs.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You can pause a shipment, skip a delivery, or update your shipping address and payment details using the same methods and deadline outlined above (at least 5 calendar days' notice via the customer portal or email).
5. Billing, Price, and Benefit Changes
Billing: You authorize the recurring charges to your selected payment method. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current.
Price and Benefit Changes: TruePupLabs reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, discount percentages, and promotional benefits (including "Buy 1 Get 1" or bundle offers) at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' advance written notice via email before any such changes take effect. The notice will state the new terms and the effective date. Your continued subscription after the 30-day notice period constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing and terms. You may cancel at any time before the new terms take effect to avoid further charges.
6. Returns & Statutory Warranties
All items received through a subscription are subject to our main Return & Refund Policy regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
This policy does not limit or alter any statutory consumer rights or implied warranties you may have under applicable state and federal law, such as the warranty of merchantability (that the product is fit for its ordinary purpose). If you receive a product that does not meet these standards, please contact us immediately.
