Once the order is shipped out or in transit, delivery details cannot be changed.
Why Are There Missing Items?
If your order is too big, it might be divided and shipped out in 2 or more batches to make it smaller and reduce shipping cost for you. So if you've received one batch of your order and found out there are many items missing, please reach out to our support and we will send you the remaining tracking code for the items that are on its way to you!
Packing Policy
All our products are packed with firm boxes and packing that is suitable for international shipping, so your orders will be safely protected throughout the shipment.
Customs & Duties
Please note, if you are located outside of mainland USA, remote EU countries or Remote EU islands you may be required to pay customs duties and/or additional import fees to receive your order. By purchasing on our website, you agree to these charges, which are not charged by FloraSkin but by your own government. You cannot refuse the delivery of your orders because of these charges.
